A large earthquake happened in Niigata Prefecture.
The prefecture that generates electricity is Niigata prefecture in Japan as for the most a
lot of amounts.
The Niigata Prefecture has been blacked out now.
All electricitys to which electricity is generated in Niigata Prefecture are
used in Tokyo.
Niigata Prefecture is always exposed to the danger of the accident of the
nuclear plant.
How many people who consider this fact are there in Tokyo?

This is an usual "conflict" in almost every 1st world country. In Catalunya, we also have the same case than in Japan. Barcelona consumes most of the electric energy produced in Catalunya but Tarragona is the only Prefecture with Nuclear power plants. As engineer I think Nuclear power plants in the first world countries are safety industrial sites. However, as you know, Japan is located in a place with a lot of sismic activity. It makes work for keeping this plants safe very hard and difficult to control. I'm very sorry for reading this kind of news related with natural disasters in Japan. This report also appeared in Catalan newspapers.
To sum up, answering your question:"How many people who consider this fact are there in Tokyo?"
I think most of Tokyo citizens don't care as well as Barcelona citizens neither care about Tarragona.
Life is usually not so fair for everyone.
Best regards from Catalunya.
